Get a close-up look at great blue heron chicks through spotting scopes, explore educational displays, chat with knowledgeable HHH naturalists, and enjoy festive birthday treats.
This year’s colony is thriving, boasting 63 nests! With at least two chicks in each, there’s plenty of activity to see. We can’t wait to celebrate with you.

Heron chicks have hatched! And we are so excited to finally be hosting events again.
Join us Saturday, May 14 from 11am – 1pm at Commodore Park.
